Payment is taken in line with the practice payment terms and is an ongoing bank mandate to set payments against.

It’s as easy as saying Yes to activate along with the provision of your details including the designated bank account.

We will deliver your invoice via email as per normal practice. Any queries can be answered in plenty of time of payment request and we can alter the request within a given time period.

Vetsuccess will inform you in advance of the amount and the date payment will be taken.

Payment is Protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.

‘Pay in 3’ allows you to split the cost into 3 equal payments. The first is collected when your order is confirmed, and the remaining two instalments are automatically collected 30 and 60 days later.

Our Ambulatory Veterinary Surgeons now have the technology to receive payment at your yard for most routine treatments such as vaccinations, dentals, routine sedation/sheath cleaning etc. just ask your Vet at the time.
