Nicola joined the reception team at Pool House Equine Hospital in 2017 and has been a valued member of the front-of-house team ever since. Working on afternoon reception, Nicola plays an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the hospital during busy clinic hours.
Nicola is often one of the first points of contact for clients, whether welcoming visitors to the hospital or assisting with appointments and enquiries over the phone.
